The Law Firm Valente born from the will of two lawyers brothers, with about 25 years of experience, of wanting to offer a service to customers, aimed at the actual needs of the same, with a proactive activity, comparison and partnership.

The young and dynamic structure, operating in Milan and Puglia, and, precisely, in the province of Brindisi, with a group of different professionals, deals with civil matters and, mainly, debt collection and bankruptcy law.

It counts among its customers, important multinational companies, a credit institution and public bodies, with particular focus on SMEs, operating throughout the national territory and providing, in terms of credit recovery, a very low cost service, with reference to the preliminary phase of sending the warning and management of the pre-litigation.

All services rendered in the areas of consulting, contracts, credit recovery, litigation, bankruptcy and work, have as main objectives, the speed of action and the containment of costs, with the sharing of the same (times / costs) with the customer.

Before proceeding with the legal action, a cost / benefit analysis is always performed, in the light of a meeting with the client, during which all the possible scenarios are exposed and taken into consideration and the defensive strategies to be undertaken are identified. , also estimating the costs of the action and any timing.
